Q: What is your return policy?We do offer returns but we do charge a restocking fee on all returns. Used clubs or shafts returned within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All new items returned in brand new condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned within 30 days. New items returned in used condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee if returned within 30 days. All items returned after 30 days are subject to our “current cash value” on our proclubs.com/sell website.

Q: Do you sell to international customers?International customers can purchase clubs directly from our eBay Store but we cannot sell equipment from our website to international customers at this time.

Q: Where do you get all your equipment?ProClubs has partnered with 1000’s of golf courses, sales reps, tour players, retail stores, club fitters, club manufacturers and everyday golfers throughout the US. We purchase their rental, demo, trade-ins and closeout clubs and resale them directly on proclubs.com.

Q: Do you buy clubs for cash?We have an online program at proclubs.com/sell where you can register and sell us your clubs directly through our online portal. We strive to provide great cash values and the quickest payment turnaround time in the business.

Q: Do you offer any club repair?Unfortunately we do not offer any club repair.

Q: Do your clubs come with a headcover?Headcovers are only included if pictured and or it states and headcover is included with an item. Not all items we receive have headcovers so please check the detailed description of the item to determine if a headcover is included.

Q: Do you have a retail location?We have an office in Phoenix, Arizona but we do not have a storefront. We are open Monday-Friday for order pickups or for customers looking to sell equipment. We are no longer open to the public for retail business.
